How do I open an account?

Complete the online application, upload proof of identity and proof of address, and our compliance team reviews it. Most applications are processed within one business day.

What documents do I need?

A current government issued photo identification document, and a proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.

How long does approval take?

Usually within one business day, provided your documents are clear, current and legible.

What is the minimum age to open an account?

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence if that is higher.

What deposit methods do you accept?

A range of card, electronic wallet and bank transfer options, listed in full on the Deposits and Withdrawals page.

How long do deposits take to appear?

Card and wallet deposits are usually credited immediately. Bank transfers depend on your bank.

Are there fees?

Any fees are published per method on the Deposits and Withdrawals page. There are no undisclosed charges.

What is the minimum trade size?

Micro lots are supported, so you can size positions precisely rather than being pushed into a size that does not suit your account.

What leverage is available?

It varies by instrument and by the entity you contract with. Current levels are shown in the contract specifications.

What is a margin call and what is a stop out?

A margin call warns you that equity has fallen close to the minimum needed to support your positions. A stop out closes positions automatically once equity falls below the threshold.

What are your trading hours?

They vary by market. Each market page publishes its own schedule, and the platform shows current session status per instrument.

What is a swap and when is it charged?

An interest adjustment applied to positions held past the daily rollover, charged once per day and typically at triple weight on the day carrying the weekend.

Which platforms do you offer?

MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, on desktop, web and mobile.

Can I use Expert Advisors?

Yes, on the desktop versions of both platforms.
